The contract text is not stored by us. Registered customers can view their order data in the customer account. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

How does purchase on account work? The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods.
The principle is simple: you have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop relaxed, complete your order and check the products in peace. (Only in stock!)
Payment in installments is also possible with Klarna. (After receiving the invoice.) Then contact Klarna about the desired financing.

Failure to pay the goods:

You will receive a payment confirmation by email. Your order will then be sent. The purchase contract is concluded when the payment instruction is confirmed.
SOFORT transfer by Klarna
SOFORT Überweisung is an online payment service from SOFORT GmbH. To participate in SOFORT Überweisung you need an activated online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure. After completing the order, you will be forwarded to the SOFORT transfer payment screen.
Here you have to identify yourself and approve the payment order using a TAN. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by SOFORT Überweisung and your account will be debited.
We receive a real-time confirmation that the transfer has been created. Your order will then be sent. The purchase contract is concluded when the payment instruction is released.
There may be a delay in approval with Klarna Sofort transfer!
What does delay in approval mean?
This means that you have already made the transfer but we have not yet received the green light because we have not yet recorded any incoming payment via Klarna in our system.
9. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
If the customer is an entrepreneur, we reserve ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. The customer may resell the goods in the ordinary course of business; However, he assigns all claims arising from this resale - regardless of a connection or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount to us in advance, we hereby accept this assignment. The customer remains authorized to collect the claims, if and to the extent that the customer does not meet his payment obligations towards us, we may also collect claims ourselves.
10. Transport damage and notifications of defects
If the customer is a consumer, the following applies: If goods arrive with obvious transport damage, we ask you to report such damage to the deliverer immediately and to contact us. You will help us to assert our claims against third parties. If you do not comply with this request, this has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement (e.g. warranty rights).
If the customer is an entrepreneur, the following applies: The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the freight forwarder or the person or institution otherwise assigned to carry out the shipment. In addition, you have to comply with the examination and complaint obligations that apply among traders and that are regulated in Section 377 HGB. If you fail to report in accordance with Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the goods are deemed to have been approved, unless there is a defect that could not be identified during the examination. The above does not apply if we have maliciously concealed a defect.
11. Warranty and statute of limitations Unless otherwise stated below, the statutory right to liability for defects applies.
For consumers, the limitation period for claims for defects in used items is one year from delivery of the goods. For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from the transfer of risk; the statutory limitation periods for the right of recourse according to § 478 BGB remain unaffected.
If the delivered goods are defective, we initially provide a guarantee to entrepreneurs, at our option, by removing the defect (repair) or by delivering a defect-free item (replacement delivery).
The above restrictions and shortened deadlines do not apply to claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
